Interesting, these work so well online – digital and clean. But in real life I think I prefer the tactile nature of the paintings/collage, I enjoy trying to work out what processes and materials were used. Have you printed any of these?

  Thanks very much Susan. I haven’t printed any from this digital series, I’m aware how low res they are and that they would completely pixelate if they were enlarged. But yes I should experiment. I agree about the pleasure of exploring the surface of paintings and collages and trying to work out how they were made and to find evidence of ‘the struggle.’
